The Pirate Bar

A few friends and I are thinking about creating a Tavern.

I know.

There are already many taverns in Antiquity...an other one....

You probably right. However, we will try to do something very special, something new in Antiquity.

We would like to set up a Tavern completly focus on role playing, a place where people can go when they are bored or they want to discuss around a good rum. We will try to have a staff to always runs role playing with our customers.

The first step in any project, and this is where we are now, is to lets fly the imagination. We would like a tavern without law, a tavern where smugglers can look for a good deal, pirates for a crew and navy man for nice girls and dancers. It will be a place where everyone will follow his own dream, a place of freedom and decadance, a place of liberty and violence. It will be a place for good music and dance and a place for fights and gamble.

We do realize than such place cannot only run with casual role playing and we do have to offer something more. And we will.

We are planning to organize special events as dance, concert, fight with gambling etc....

It is not all. We want our tavern to be a crossroad of adventures.

The tavern will propose to the travelers small missions to perform. We are as well expecting our customers to drop mission that can be taken by other players.

At the end, the tavern will take bounty on others players and look for a bounty hunter. (we will check if the other player agree).

So you see, we have many ideas and many projects. We have many dreams and we are anxious to start.

However we need to be prepare.

We know that the success will come from the staff. The staff will be responsible of runing the tavern each one having a in game role to perfom. OOC speaking they will be all at the same level with the only objective of creating a great place for adventure.

So, we are already looking for a staff.

Barmaid.

The lady of the tavern, the lady of the pirates !

In first line with sailmen, a beer in on hand, a gun under the dress !

Musicians and exotic dancers to cover the noise of battles and whispers a bit of dream in the eyes of these rudes men.

Slut, mendiant, ...any role being part of this univers will be welcome.

We will expect from the staff to be involved in the life of the tavern, to take OOC decision and be generator of role play. We need our ideas and dreams.
